Seltener Champagner<\/strong>,<\/em> Nektar eines einzigen Jahrgangs, ist das Ergebnis des Fachwissens und der Sensibilit\u00e4t von Emilien Boutillat<\/strong>, Chef de Caves von Seltener Champagner & Piper-Heidsieck<\/strong>, verliehen als Schaumwinzer des Jahres 2023 <\/em>von der International Wine Challenge (IWC) f\u00fcr das Maison Rare Champagne ausgezeichnet. Es handelt sich um ein gewagtes Haus, das nur in Jahren mit au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen klimatischen Bedingungen Champagner in begrenzten Mengen herstellt. Seit \u00fcber 40 Jahren werden nur 14 Jahrgangsweine deklariert, von denen jeder ein einzigartiger Ausdruck der Natur und des K\u00f6nnens des Chef de Cave ist. Dieser w\u00e4hlt die Terroirs nach ihrer Ausdruckskraft aus und bricht die Konventionen mit Chardonnays aus der Montagne de Reims und Pinot Noirs von unvergleichlicher Geschmeidigkeit. Die Cuv\u00e9e besteht aus 70%C Chardonnay und 30% Pinot Noir Trauben aus 11 D\u00f6rfern, 8 Grand Cru und 3 Premier Cru.
