Col di Manza Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG della cantina Perlage è un spumante millesimato prodotto da uve da agricoltura biodinamica. La uve glera sono state coltivate sulle colline di Farra di Soligo, nel cuore dell’area del Conegliano Valdobbiadene. Si tratta di un prodotto elegante, raffinato, armonico e vellutato ma soprattutto sostenibile.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Ha un colore giallo paglierino scarico con intensi riflessi verdi. Al naso si sentono i profumi di mela gialla matura e pesca, floreale con sentori di rosa e glicine, fiori di campoGusto. In bocca armonico, vellutato, di buon corpo lungo e persistente.
