Deve il suo nome ad una delle oltre 700 baie presenti in Puglia. La regione vanta una lunga tradizione nella produzione di vini rosati ottenuti dal negramaro, vitigno che esprime al meglio la sua potenzialità in prossimità del mare. Il nostro rosato nasce, infatti, da vigneti che si estendono per più di un chilometro lungo la costa adriatica.
