The first bottle of Super was born in 1997 in the newly established Birrificio Baladin (still a brewpub at the time). Over the years, this beer would become a true cornerstone of Baladin production and the most loved by the frequenters of the Piozzo brewery, followed closely by ISAAC (born only six months later). Super right from its debut, it was appreciated for its versatility to be paired in restaurants for its ability to support dishes with important flavours such as red meats, braised meats, medium and highly matured cheeses, but also cream-based desserts (or as Teo simplified it at the time: \"coloured foods\"), exploiting its body structure or for its distinct malty cereal note.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
