Remy Bertin's extra brut Reserve Champagne is produced for the 80% from Pinot Meunier and the 20% from Chardonnay. This Champagne is aged exclusively in steel and remains for 36 months on the lees. The nose smells of toast, yeast, dry wheat, citrus fruits, ripe apples. In the mouth it is persuasive, elegant with hints of apple and dried fruit.
