Description
Tenjaku is the Japanese character whisky from the distillery of the same name in the town of Fuefuki, in a fertile and lush region rich in forests, mountains and pure springs. It is a blend of 84% Single Grain and the remaining 16% from Single Malt
Organoleptic characteristics:
Light amber in colour, while the nose has very delicate hints of pear and dried fruit, vanilla, butter, with very elegant smoky nuances. The palate is rich with notes of banana, orange, pear, custard and butter, in a creamy, rounded combination. The finish is delicately persistent and spicy.
Storage time:
over 20 years
Vinification
Distillation with pure water and a blend of grain whisky 84% and malt whisky for 16%.
