Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we ship to Germany, France, Holland, Belgium and Austria.

What courier service do you use for shipping?

The couriers used for the transport are GLS and DHL

Can I check the shipping status of my wines?

Yes. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking code.

You can directly check the status of your shipment from the GLS website

Can I cancel an order placed?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse.

What to do if the shipment arrives broken or tampered with?

If you receive one or more damaged bottles, please contact Customer Service immediately by email or phone. You will be offered a full refund or product replacement. You may be asked to email some photos of the damaged bottle with a description of the damage.

What if my wine has an unpleasant corky smell?

Should you encounter this problem, please contact Customer Care immediately by email or by phone. Your bottle will be replaced or you will be refunded. You may be asked to send the bottle with the original cork and packaging. The wine must be returned with at least 2/3 of its content. The pick up of the bottle/s will be free of charge and picked up by our courier.

Can I return the product I received?

Yes, you can use the right of withdrawal. See the section "Right of withdrawal
