- Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
- In Italy deliveries take place in 24/48 hours, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
- For the islands the delivery takes place on average in 72 hours, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
- In the EU deliveries take place in 48/72 hours, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
- Delivery times may be subject to changes and delays due to force majeure and phenomena related to Covid 19.
- In the most excited period as Christmas, Land of Wines cannot guarantee normal delivery times.

- During the August bank holiday period, deliveries will not take place on August 14 and 15, 2023.

- For our shipments we use only safe and patented packaging Nakpack®.
- NakPack has been tested with all national and international couriers guaranteeing the maximum reliability in the transport of fragile products. Being made entirely of cardboard it is a 100% recyclable packaging.
DELIVERIES
- Deliveries will be made on business days, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
INSURANCE
- Our wines are covered by an insurance policy that protects the customer in case of loss during transport or breakage.
COURIERS
- Your wine is shipped with the best express couriers: GLS and DHL.
