Between the municipalities of Scerni, Pollutri, Casalbordino and Vasto lies the 33 hectares of corporate vineyards of the Jasci & Marchesani Winery. A family dedicated to organic wine production as early as 1960, ahead of even the very idea of sustainable treatment, and achieving official certification in 1978, among the first Italian companies. Each vineyard gives birth to a different product, those grown in the Sinello valley offer the saline and savory whites, while the clay soil of the hills of the mid-Vasto area, for exposure and temperature range a unique and sought-after Montepulciano like Janù. The strength of the family bond and division of tasks and responsibilities is clearly felt in a superior wine product. Today, Mama Marchesani and Papa Jasci still have their good eyes to oversee the progress of the winery, while Nicola holds the reins, leaving his wife Federica in charge of the technical-winemaking aspect and his sister-in-law Teresa in charge of its careful administration. In the belief that the organic philosophy is still unexpressed compared to its potential, tenacity and perseverance are our only secrets. And if fifty years ago this seemed like a choice of alchemists or Carbonarians, today many acknowledge them for having inaugurated organic as pioneers, with the ability to take advantage of the particular Vasto microclimate between sea and mountains.

“Autentico” è il nuovo arrivato in casa Jasci & Marchesani, uno spumante Metodo classico Millesimato ottenuto da un blend di Chardonnay, Riesling, Pecorino. Una bollicina raffinata dalle sfumature fragranti e floreali.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Colore giallo paglierino intenso e brillante. Ottima persistenza e finezza del perlage
Al naso, nitidi aromi floreali, un mix di sentori fragranti e fruttati, mela, pera e arancia, mandorle, nocciole, delicati petali di rosa e acacia e arancia candita.
Il sorso è cremoso, di grande freschezza e sapidità con percezioni fragranti di pasticceria secca. Finale lungo e persistente.
