Purchased in 1805 by Peter Schneiders, the Klein family has run it for three generations with dedication. It has ancient origins, a heritage dating back to 862 A.D. and is a world wine symbol, originating from the monastery of Stavelot in Belgium. Since 2011, the ten-hectare vineyard is organic, marking the environmental commitment. The Mosel Rieslings and other wines from the breathtaking slopes express a distinctive fruity and mineral character.
