Products must be returned intact and in the same packaging in which it was delivered to you to avoid breakage.
In case of withdrawal from the contract, you will be refunded all the payments you made in our favor, including delivery costs. The refund will be made within 14 days from the date in which Terre dei Vini S.R.L. receives the ordered wine at the following address: Viale Giuseppe Degennaro, 1 - 70123 Bari, Interporto Regionale della Puglia.
The direct costs of returning the product, by law, are borne by the user.
