The Conterno family began cultivating the land of Langhe back in the early 1900s, setting up the winery of the same name that initially sold only bulk wine in demijohns. Giacomo Conterno believed in the possibility of changing the face of the Langhe, proposing himself as a producer of quality. The Giacomo Conterno company is one of the wineries that more than others have marked the history of fine Piedmontese wine and that has made the magical territory of the Langhe famous. Today, Roberto Conterno, a descendant of the family, continues the story of his predecessors.
