Cellar
The Antinori have dedicated themselves to the art of wine-making for more than six hundred years: ever since Giovanni di Piero Antinori joined the Arte Fiorentina dei Vinattieri in 1385.
For 26 generations, the family has always directly managed this activity with innovative and sometimes courageous choices, but always maintaining unaltered respect for tradition and for the territory.
Every vintage, every soil, every idea is a new beginning, a new search for ever higher quality margins. As Marquis Piero likes to say: "ancient roots play an important role in our philosophy, but they have never inhibited our innovative spirit".
Description
Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc for an intriguing, decisive wine with great balance, capable of conveying the unique character of the Maremma.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Botrosecco 2018 is ruby red in colour. The nose is intense, complex and characterised by sensations of ripe red fruit, such as sour cherries and plums, combined with spicy notes of paprika and white pepper. On the palate it is velvety, savoury, with enveloping tannins and a lingering finish. Fragrant hints of red fruit, tobacco and cocoa return in the aftertaste.

4-5 years
Vinification
