Il Coté Mas Frisante Sud de France Brut Blanc de Blancs di Domaines Paul Mas è uno spumante francese fresco, raffinato e piacevolmente aromatico. Prodotto principalmente da Chardonnay con una piccola percentuale di Piquepoul, esprime perfettamente lo stile mediterraneo della maison.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Crystal-clear straw yellow in colour, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose presents a variegated bouquet, dominated by notes of fresh fruit and white flowers. On the palate it is fresh and elegant, very fine effervescence with clear references to the bouquet described above.
