It has a long, fresh finish that is clean, dry and with a touch of warmth. The production of this Gin is done following a very old traditional method, which includes as many as 4 distillations.

The palate is smooth yet complex, opening with juniper, followed immediately by citrus notes and a hint of spice and earthiness. Long and fresh finish, clean, dry and with a touch of warmth.
