Description
Lambrusco Grasparossa is a sparkling sweet red wine of great elegance, characterised by wonderful expressions of small dark fruits.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Ruby red in colour with violet mousse. It shows expressive notes of blackcurrants, plums, blueberries and blackberries on the nose. On the palate it is amiable, soft and persistent, pleasantly fruity and slightly tannic with a finish endowed with mineral nuances.
Storage time:
Ideal for immediate drinking with a maximum shelf life of two to three years
Vinification
cold maceration on the skins 7-8 days.
