Description
With such diverse soil species, the banks of the Marne form an almost inexhaustible mosaic of aromas. With this optimal mix of terroirs, it would have been difficult for the Harlin family not to resist the temptation to make a champagne that combines the best of each. A blend of Chardonnay 43% Meunier, 39% Pinot Noir 18% Pinot Meunier.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Very bright yellow-green colour. The nose is open, intense and mouth-watering. At first glance it expresses itself with notes of white flowers and orange blossom, then opening up towards notes of white fruit. The entry on the palate is mineral, driven by the freshness of citrus fruits, with good sapidity.

Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel - 90%, oak casks 10%. Maturation on the lees in the bottle for a minimum of 18 months
