Description
A dry, direct and elegant Austrian riesling from the Wagram- Osterreich region.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights, the nose has intense aromas of peach, apricot and citrus fruits, with a mineral touch. The palate is fresh and savoury, with a pleasant persistence.

Vinification
Maceration on the skins for 12 hours and spontaneous fermentation of the must in stainless steel containers
