Description
Terrarossa draws inspiration from the Bitter/Pale Ale category, a style comprising the classic British everyday beers that appeared in the late 19th century as a draught product. They are specialities with varying alcohol content, but always very drinkable and shifted to the malty component.
Organoleptic characteristics:
amber-red colour, with ample foam an 'ale' that is the expression of a perfect balance of special malts with aromas of dried fruit, toffee and toffee, and the measured but intense use of hops with herbaceous and citrus notes. In the mouth it is dry, medium-bodied, flows pleasantly and leaves a characteristic hop bitterness.
