Valpolicella Superiore DOC Monte Lodoletta magnum from the famous Dal Forno Romano winery is made at 70% with Corvina, 15% with Corvinone, 10% with Rondinella and 5% with Croatina dried for about a month and a half. The grapes were harvested solely by hand. This is a resounding Valpolicella wine from Verona that was strongly desired and cared for by the Dal Forno family.
