Cellar
The winery has been run with great success since 1978 by Gianfranco, who, through rigorous and daring viticultural choices, combined with careful oenological interpretation, has established a qualitative style of great personality, which has distinguished the Vie di Romans winery over the last twenty years.
Important milestones in this last historical journey have been: 1978 first bottling and first commercial label, 1982 start of a cycle of viticultural modernisation aimed at high quality, 1989 construction of the new cellar built on three floors, 1990 vinification of grapes separated according to cru of origin, 1992 commercial release of the '90 vintage and from this date onwards white wines will always be marketed two years after the harvest.
Description
"Dis Cumieris' from the Friuli winery Vie di Romans is a wine of great expressiveness made from pure Malvasia grapes and endowed with a persistent aromaticity. A white that, in the mouth, is striking for its freshness and savoury imprint, two characteristics that make for an exhilarating drinking experience. It is a label that has the approval of the main Italian wine magazines, which are not shy about awarding 'Dis Cumieris' scores that are interesting to say the least.

Vinification
cold pellicular maceration. This is followed by static decantation and fermentation for 18 days in steel containers.
