The Mexican region of Jalisco in the heart of the city of Tequila is home to Fabrica de Tequilas Finos. The distillery employs an experienced team of jimadores who know perfectly all the states of the succulent plant that dominates the entire surrounding landscape: the blue agave. They are in charge of cutting the leaves at the right time to obtain the heart of the agave, the piña, and they analyze each and every process of distillation production. Fine Tequila Factory's operations officially began in 2000, after purchasing some land adjacent to an old colonial building, which later became an aging cellar. Owners Federico Cabo and Luz Maria Cabo already owned a Tequila factory since 1984 and invested all their experience and production and entrepreneurial skills to make the Fabrica known around the globe.
