Tenuta Guado al Tasso, one of the most important wineries of the Antinori Group, is located among the hills of the Alta Maremma, in the small and fascinating DOC Bolgheri. The winery covers an area of 320 hectares (750 acres) planted with vineyards, in a splendid plain surrounded by hills known as the "Bolgheri amphitheatre" for its particular conformation. Guado al Tasso's vineyards are mainly made of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Vermentino grapes.
