Description
Amarone della Valpolicella Classico was born in the Monte Sant'Urbano vineyards of the Speri family. It is the undisputed symbol of the winery, and is an extraordinary wine of great complexity and vigorous structure that has always been at the top for elegance and quality.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It has a deep garnet red color. The nose has an ethereal aroma of wilted fruit. On the palate it is full-bodied, warm, enveloping and dry. It lends itself well to aging.
Manual selection of the best clusters and subsequent drying for about 100 days, with weight loss idel 40% approx. Subsequent crushing and long fermentation with maceration.
