Cellar
Nino Barraco, a young wine craftsman. An adventure that began in 2004, from the personal need to create wines capable of transmitting the peculiarities of the indigenous vines of his territory, that of Marsala, inspired by his family's farming tradition. Nino says that his goal is not to create perfect wines, but a wine that has its own personality, that is recognisable, working with total respect for nature and the land. In every harvest, he dedicates himself to innovation and experimentation. Free fermentation, long macerations, unconventional cellar operations. The varieties used are precisely the local ones, Zibibbo, Grillo, Pignatello and Nero d'avola.
