Boccantino is an elegant primitivo obtained from vineyards cultivated with the ancient alebrello system, whose grapes undergo a light drying on the vine favoured by the wind and the sea, to give us a wine of great pleasantness and silkiness
Organoleptic characteristics:
Impenetrable ruby red colour. On the nose we are struck by its complex bouquet, characterised by intense and fine aromas, ranging from ripe fruit to spicy notes. The sip is full-bodied, soft tannins with a finish of vanilla notes

2-6 years
Vinification
raisining in plants, followed by red wine vinification and barrel ageing
