Winery
L'Masi winery produces and distributes Amarone and other traditional wines typical of the territory of Venezie.
The use of autochthonous grapes and methods as well as the research and experimentation activity of its Technical Group, make it one of the most renowned Italian producers of excellent wines in the world.
Its history began in 1772, when Boscaini family bought valuable vineyards in the small valley called "Vaio dei Masi". From here takes its name the winery, still owned by the family, which, after more than 200 years of passionate work, actively operates today with the sixth and seventh generation.
Reference in the art of Amarone production in the world, Masi has constantly handed down and innovated the technique of drying the grapes, known since the times of the ancient Romans.
Since more than forty years it has started an ambitious project of valorization of historical wine estates, collaborating with:
Conti Serego Alighieri, descendants of the poet Dante, owners of the estate that in Valpolicella can boast the longest history and tradition
Conti Bossi Fedrigotti, prestigious griffe from Trentino
Canevel, producer of sparkling wines of excellence in Valdobbiadene.
Masi also owns the organic estates Poderi del Bello Ovile in Tuscany and Masi Tupungato in Argentina.
The Group boasts products known and appreciated in over 120 countries. Masi is a partner in associations and organizations that express the excellence of Made in Italy in the world: Fondazione Altagamma, Comitato Leonardo, Istituto Grandi Marchi, Le Famiglie Storiche.
