Description
Il Marroneto's Brunello di Montalcino 2018 comes from pure Sangiovese grapes grown on the hills of Montalcino. It shows a brilliant garnet red colour. The nose offers floral aromas, ripe red fruit, jam and spices, with elegant wood notes.

Vinification
The destemmed must ferments in 40 hl oak vats. After a one-day rest period, pumping over is carried out during spontaneous fermentation, which lasts approximately 13-15 days. No selected yeasts, additives or temperature control are used
