Organoleptic characteristics: 

Intense golden colour, perlage with very fine and persistent chains. The nose is unparalleled, opening with lively notes of ripe yellow fruit and also citrus fruit including candied lime, then opening onto toasted notes of toasted hazelnuts and nuts, and dried fruit reminiscent of sweet dates in particular. On the palate it is creamy, enveloping supported by a lovely persistent freshness and a pleasant almost chalky final trace.
