Palmer & Co is above all a story of men who cultivate a passion for the vine, for the land and for wine, who share a certain idea of excellence. A story that carries meaning, with an international vocation, a savoir-faire precisely directed and transmitted since 1947.
Palmer & Co is firmly planted on 415 hectares of vineyards, distributed on about forty crus of which more than 200 hectares are classified as Grands and Premiers Crus in the Montagne de Reims, historical territory which has the roots of the first Champagne vineyards. The regions of Cote de Sézanne, Cote des Bar and Marne Valley complete this mosaic in order to give life to the elegance and balance of Palmer & Co. style during the blending process.
Description
Rosé Réserve by Palmer is a champagne with a unique character. This extraordinary blend is enriched by a percentage of red wine obtained by using a Solera system which is more than 35 years old. This excellent vinification gives birth to a rosé champagne with an exceptional fruitiness.

The nose is intense, dominated by lively hints of wild strawberry, enhanced by bright and light notes of black currant, on a delicately spicy base. On the palate it is fresh and full-bodied, extending on a finely tannic and mouth-watering bubble and at the same time elegant and fruity.
