Etna Rosato DOC 2023

The Graci winery is located in Passopisharo, in north-eastern Sicily. Here, on the slopes of Mount Etna, vines have been cultivated for thousands of years. One of the reasons why Alberto Aiello Graci bought the vineyards here in 2004 was to take up and continue the centuries-old tradition. Graci's wines cannot exactly be called Sicilian: they are wines from Etna. It is no coincidence that he chose as the winery's symbol the Cirneco dell'Etna, a greyhound bred on the island since ancient times. Graci's wines are of great quality, organically produced from native grape varieties such as Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Capuccio, Carricante and Catarratto.
