Winery
The Graci winery is located in Passopisharo, in northeastern Sicily. Here, on the slopes of Mount Etna, vines have been cultivated for thousands of years. One of the reasons Alberto Aiello Graci bought the vineyards here in 2004 was to take up and carry on the centuries-old tradition.
Graci's wines cannot exactly be called Sicilian: they are wines from Etna. Not surprisingly, he chose as the winery's symbol the Cirneco dell'Etna, a greyhound bred on the island since ancient times. Graci's wines are of great quality, organic made from grapes of native grape varieties such as Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Capuccio, Carricante and Catarratto.
