Among the wineries of Franciacorta, Berlucchi is a great symbol of Italian excellence in the world. It was from the encounter between Guido Berlucchi and Franco Ziliani that, in 1955, Franciacorta DOCG was born, a classic method wine that everyone knows today.
Description
Franciacorta DOCG Nature '61 Millesimato 2015 Dosaggio Zero from the Berlucchi winery is produced with Chardonnay (70%) and Pinot Noir (30%) grapes from its own vineyards Arzelle, Rovere, San Carlo and Ragnoli. This is a classic method sparkling wine of great depth, balance and persistence. It is a very elegant, complex and pleasant product. Includes an elegant gift box.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It has an abundant and creamy mousse, with good persistence of a tenuous crown; fine exinuous perlage. The colour is an intense straw yellow with precious antique gold hues. The nose is fine and elegant, characterised by an opening on notes of yellow-fleshed fruit followed by light citrus scents of candied citron and hints of small pastries. On the palate, it is characterised by great balance; great structure, calibrated acidity and a persistent savoury finish.
Storage time:
3-8 years
Vinification
alcoholic fermentation in steel vats and ageing of the best parcels in oak barrels, where they mature for 6 months in contact with yeasts.
