Anna and Ernesto Abbona, together with their children Valentina and Davide, are the faithful interpreters of the diversity of places, vineyards and vines.
They rigorously respect and preserve their typicality by vinifying grapes from their own vineyards and from vine growers selected over many years, favouring the location and cultivation capacity of the individual vineyards.
Description
The vineyards are located entirely in the municipality of Gavi, the most famous of the wine-growing areas in the entire production zone. The hills are mainly made up of clayey-calcareous soil, sandy marl and very fine silt, which give the wine a structure characterised by a high concentration of mineral salts and allow a rapid expression of the bouquet.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Pale straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The intense, fine, fruity and floral bouquet is reminiscent of golden apples and green almonds. There is a distinct hint of chamomile flowers. The flavour is elegant, harmonious and persistent, sapid, with balanced mineral notes.
Storage time:

Vinification
The must obtained is placed to
fermented at a low temperature in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
The wine is then stored in steel vats to preserve its typical fresh and fragrant aromas.
