Description
Etichetta della linea ” Selezione”, un’espressione che rivela la tipicità del vitigno in purezza da vigne allevate a cordone speronato ed esposte a sud su terreni molto ripidi ,le forti escursioni termiche tra le temperature diurne e notturne, unito al particolare terroir e alle perfette esposizioni e alla grande abilità di questa produttrice, riescono a conferire a questo Gewurztraminer grande personalità, un vino fresco e immediato, che invoglia assaggi ripetuti.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Nel calice scende brillante di colore giallo paglierino che vira al dorato.
Al naso sprigiona le spiccate note floeali di rosa e spezie.
Al palato è morbido con una carica aromatica e un finale secco e persistente.
Storage time:
3-4 years
Vinification
Prima della fermentazione avviene una macerazione di 6 ore sulle bucce. Le uve vengono poi pressate in maniera soffice ed il mosto subisce la chiarifica statica. Successivamente viene fermentato in serbatoi d´acciaio ad una temperatura controllata di 18°C. Il vino successivamente affina per alcuni mesi sui propri lieviti in contenitori inox.
