Giara Blanche 0.75 cl
Birranova Brewery was founded in 2007 in Triggianello, a small hamlet of Conversano in the province of Bari, thanks to brewer Donato Di Palma, who courageously decided to pursue his passion for brewing, setting up the "Birranova project." Producing quality craft beer is not an easy thing to do, and doing it in a land devoted to wine, like Puglia, is even more difficult. But the nature, history, tradition and flavors of their territory have contributed to the achievement of important milestones: many awards and recognitions including two first places at Birra dell'Anno 2018 for Gran Bay and Arsa beers and also The brewery has been selected and awarded the Chiocciola in Slow Food's Guide to Beers of Italy 2021 and 2023. Birranova produces different types of beer, because beer is passion, and every day the brewmaster brings new ideas to life.
Giara Blanche joins the Birranova selections starting in 2014, a blanche-style pale ale with high fermentation.
