The history of the Marzadro Distillery began in 1949 in Brancolino di Nogaredo, in the heart of Vallagarina, in Trentino. It is an evocative land, furrowed by vineyards 'bred' with ancestral care, climbing towards the mountain slopes, starting from the valley floor dotted with fruit trees. A pioneering beginning, made up of tenacity, stubbornness and many promises, over time kept. Even today, after three generations, Distilleria Marzadro is undoubtedly one of the biggest names in Italian grappa, a brand recognised worldwide.
Description
Grappa with a fine, decisive aroma and pleasantly enveloping, harmonious and persistent taste on the palate. Obtained from the Bain-Marie distillation in discontinuous stills of the prized marc typical of Amarone della Valpolicella (Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara). The Master Distiller carefully follows the evolution of the blend over time, verifying scents and aromas until a unique balance is achieved.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Intense golden yellow colour with amber hues, the nose is intense, rich and enveloping, with notes of dried flowers, dried red fruits, honey, vanilla and sweet spices. The sip is soft, round, warm, complex, rich and velvety, with a long persistence.
Storage time:
up to 30 years
