Dedicated to Alfredo Molinari, the man who in the early 1900s, together with the cooperation of a number of winegrowers, gave birth to the Cantina Sociale di Carpi at the dawn of modern agriculture.
Salamino Santa Croce is a Lambrusco made from the vine of the same name in a particular area of the Modena lowlands north of Modena that mainly coincides with the municipal territory of Carpi, of which Santa Croce, with its splendid country villas, is a hamlet to the south of the town.
