Features
Name:
Limoncello Villa Massa
Terrain:
The Sorrento lemon trees grow on 'terraces', according to the traditional agricultural method, to encourage equal exposure for all the trees. They are protected from the weather thanks to 'pergolas' on which the 'pagliarelle', made by local craftsmen, are then affixed.
Cellar
A story that began in 1890 with the creation of the artisanal recipe that gave rise to Villa Massa limoncello, starting with an oval-shaped lemon that only grows in Campania, in Sorrento, and that has always been the pride of the family lemon grove. It was brothers Sergio and Stefano Massa who wanted to share the liquid soul of Sorrento with the world. Thus, in 1991, Villa Massa was born, becoming the first company to produce, market and sell limoncello in Italy and around the world.
