Cellar
In 1907, a small group of winegrowers decided to join forces to improve the quality of their labels, thus giving birth to the San Michele Appiano cooperative winery, which is today a reality that counts around three hundred and fifty members for an annual production that exceeds two million bottles. A veritable colossus, an absolute reference for the entire production world, not only in Alto Adige, that never fails to live up to expectations thanks to a range of unique reliability. From Gewürztraminer to Müller Thurgau, from Sauvignon to Riesling, from Pinot Bianco to Lagrein, each bottle is a perfect synthesis of the varietal from which it was born. Fresh and vibrant wines, characterised by a clear territorial appeal and surprising average quality.
Description

Cultivated only in selected micro-zones in the municipality of Eppan, it guarantees extraordinary grapes that produce a fine wine of remarkable strength and elegance. Balance, acidity and excellent ageing potential are its characteristics.

Vinification
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and ageing on the lees in barrique-tonneaux. Blending after almost a year and further ageing for at least eight months in cement casks.
