Cellar
The story of Silvio Jermann and his winery began in the 1970s, a journey that in the space of thirty years has brought his wines to be known throughout the world. His family, owners of much of the land still in use today, settled in Collio at the end of the 19th century. The turning point, however, came when a young Silvio took over the reins of the winery and, thanks also to the many lessons learned during his studies of oenology and experiences abroad, began to produce modern wines with great personality, the same ones we know today. A winery that can count on more than 130 hectares of vineyards, which dialogues with the world every day, but whose attention always remains focused on the concrete things that make a wine great. Love for the land is indeed the cornerstone of this winery, a great pearl of Collio, renowned for its exceptional whites but also for its robust and traditional reds.
