Description
Gewurztraminer is a particularly aromatic selection of an ancient grape variety that has always been known in Alsace, the pink Traminer. It was called, when its wine was somewhat less powerful, by the name Traminer. Etymologically, the name Gewurztraminer literally means Spiced Traminer.
Keeping in mind that we need wines for all occasions, the winemaker has chosen to vinify on the fruit the "Reserve" line. He seeks the best expression of each of the Alsatian grape varieties through fresh, gourmet wines. A fresh, immediate and slightly soft wine
Organoleptic characteristics:
Beautiful light yellow color with fine silvery highlights.
The nose is very complex, rich with beautiful notes of exotic fruits such as lychee and passion fruit, but especially rose, which emerges more and more with aeration.
The palate is long and broad. The acidity is fine and delicate and very refreshing. It is a semi-dry wine but without any heaviness. We rediscover the fine aromas of the nose, with a dominance for exotic fruit, especially lychee.
