A story that from the shores of Lake Garda has reached the hills of nearby Valpolicella, where the company's reds are born from the sunny vineyards of Corvina and Rondinella at Costalunga, in the municipality of Sant'Ambrogio.
Description
A precious jewel of Zenato production, it comes from the selection of the best Valpolicella Classica grapes (Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta and Croatina) grown in the vineyards in the municipality of Sant'Ambrogio.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour: red tending towards garnet with ageing.
Nose: elegant, spicy, with hints of cherry, morello cherry, dried fruit and plum.
Taste: round, velvety, smooth.
Storage time:
over 7 years
Vinification
pressing and maceration on the skins for 15-20 days at a temperature of 23-25°C.
