Description
Cantina Cesari's Bosco is an excellent example of Amarone made from Corvina grapes and small percentages of Rondinella from vineyards located in the hamlet of Castelrotto di San Pietro in Cariano, in the province of Verona. This Amarone is ideal to accompany moments of relaxation and meditation as well as structured dishes.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Dense ruby red colour with orange reflections. On the nose it is broad, opening with the characteristic combination of notes of cherry, spices, cocoa and bitter almonds, sandalwood, hazelnut. On the palate it is profound and powerful, warm and velvety and elegant.

Vinification
Whole cluster drying, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature and subsequent malolactic fermentation in steel
