François Faiveley and now his son Erwan head a Domaine of 122 hectares (one of the largest in Burgundy) spread over the entire region and including some of the most prestigious "Grand Cru" and "Premier Cru":Corton Charlemagne, Clos de Vougeot, Corton Clos des Corton, etc.

Description

Bourgogne AOC Pinot Noir 2020 is a classic red wine from Burgundy. The medium-bodied wine was made from Pinot Noir grapes from different parcels grown in Cote-de-Nuits. This fabulous Bourgogne is left to mature, true to the Domaine Faiveley tradition, in large wooden barrels in the cellars of Nuits-Saint-Georges.

Organoleptic characteristics:

It has a deep ruby red color with a fruity aroma that is well representative of Pinot Noir. Round and soft in the mouth, with elegant tannin. It releases with finesse and beautiful intensity.

Storage time:

4-5 years

Vinification

Wine undergoes daily punching-down to extract color, tannins and aromas from the grape skins. After a 19-day vat period, alcoholic fermentation is complete.
