A white wine made from indigenous grapes grown in the heart of the Itria Valley in strict respect for the environment. The vineyards are treated exclusively with organic products and fertilised with green manure from various leguminous species. A wine that is an authentic expression of the territory. Bianco d'Alessano is a white grape variety whose exact origin is not known, many indicate it as indigenous to this land, the Itria Valley. In this area, traces of it can already be found in some writings dating back to 1870 in which it is said that some noble families of the time had included it in their collections, attesting to the excellence of its must.
