A white wine made from indigenous grapes grown in the heart of the Itria Valley in strict respect for the environment. The vineyards are treated exclusively with organic products and fertilised with green manure from various leguminous species. A wine that is an authentic expression of the territory. Minutolo is an indigenous white grape variety typical of the very limited area of Valle d'Itria. This variety had been almost completely lost before this family promoted its rediscovery and redevelopment. A semi-aromatic variety that is very difficult to work with.
