Description
The 'Deseo' line of the Collezione 43 Meregalli, was created to create conviviality during dinners or long aperitifs in the company of friends and family, thanks to its vertical and drinkable sip, enhanced by a tantalizing savoury taste.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Soft yellow colour with greenish highlights. Lively mousse. Hints of green apple accompanied by exotic notes and white wisteria. Fresh and balanced on the palate, acidity and minerality are perfectly balanced

Vinification
grapes are very softly pressed and the free-run juice is transferred to temperature-controlled steel tanks for the classic white vinification of base wines. Refermentation and second fermentation take place in autoclaves using the Martinotti or Charmat method.
