Agricole Vallone is an iconic estate in the Apulian territory. It saw its founding in 1934 after the merger of two farms, the Flaminio Estate in Brindisi with the Iore Estate in San Pancrazio Salentino. The story of Azienda Vallone is the tale of a family that has dedicated passion to see its original wine project grow and that, in the second half of the last century, became the protagonist of an innovative process with which it contributed to changing the perception of Apulian wine in Italy and around the world. Agricole Vallone is a production reality of 500 hectares divided into 3 estates in the municipalities of San Pancrazio Salentino, San Pietro Vernotico and Carovigno.

Flaminio Ottavianello Ostuni DOP 2022 from Vallone winery is a red wine made from Ottavianello grapes. Ottavianello is an indigenous grape typical of the upper Salento region. Genetically similar to Cinsault. It is a harmonious, savory, elegant, fresh wine with a long aftertaste.

A pale ruby-red, cherry-colored, bright wine. The nose is delicate, fruity and floral. In the mouth it is harmonious, savory, elegant, fresh and long.

Vinification
Fermentation with temperature-controlled maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 15 days. Subsequently, spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
