Description
Iconis, the newcomer wine from Perlage, made from a selection of the best Incrocio Manzoni grapes packed into just 4,000 bottles. In the area of Aviano, Friuli Venezia Giulia, stands the vineyard from which Iconis is obtained. The vines, which have been worked with passion and technique for over 20 years, make it possible to obtain a product of the highest quality.

Organoleptic characteristics:
Straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights and a fine perlage. Aromas reminiscent of wisteria, violet and rose; secondary aromas of candied citron peel, lychee. In the finish, spicy notes of liquorice, tobacco and truffle. The palate is full, rich, soft and savoury.
Storage time:
12-18 months
Vinification
In white with fermentation at low temperatures, sparkling in autoclaves using the long Charmat method (9 months)
